We currently ship across the United States.
2. How long does shipping take?
We offer several shipping options:
- Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20
- Free Shipping (7–14 business days): Free
- Free Shipping – Bag Included (7–14 business days): Free
- Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipping.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.
4. Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes! Most of our ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Please check the product description for specific care instructions.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be in processing.
8. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Some of our shipping options include special packaging, perfect for gifting.
